PPC | Google Ads | Paid social
PPC management that buys customers, not clicks
We plan, build, and run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and paid social, then manage them week after week against the only number that matters: qualified business, not cheap traffic. A certified Google Partner team in Tel Aviv, working with clients locally and internationally.
What we manage
Paid media is an operation, not a launch. Most underperforming accounts we inherit are not badly set up, they are simply unattended: budgets drifting to the wrong campaigns, search terms nobody has reviewed in months, conversion tracking that counts the wrong thing, and a bidding algorithm being trained by bad data.
Search | Performance Max | Shopping | YouTube
Google Ads management
The core of most accounts. Keyword and search-term discipline, tight campaign and ad-group structure, ad copy that matches intent, bid strategies chosen on purpose rather than by default, and relentless negative-keyword work. As a certified Google Partner we manage accounts under our own MCC, so you keep ownership of your data and your history.

Meta | Instagram | LinkedIn
Paid social campaigns
Where demand is created rather than captured. Audience strategy, creative that survives the scroll, structured testing instead of guessing, and retargeting that does not follow people around for six weeks after they bought. For B2B, LinkedIn where the economics justify it; for e-commerce, Meta as the volume engine.
Bing | Copilot | Underpriced inventory
Microsoft Advertising
The channel most agencies skip, which is exactly why it is often the cheapest qualified traffic in the account. Smaller audience, meaningfully lower competition, and an older and frequently higher-intent buyer in B2B. Campaigns are mirrored from Google and then tuned, rather than copied and forgotten.

Measurement you can act on
Most paid accounts are optimised against a conversion definition nobody has questioned. We fix the measurement first: GA4 and server-side tracking, conversion definitions that reflect real business value, and reporting that separates the campaigns earning money from the ones earning activity. A bidding algorithm is only ever as good as the signal you feed it.
How we handle measurementHow we run an account
1. Audit. Structure, search terms, wasted spend, tracking integrity, and what the conversion data is actually telling the algorithm.
2. Fix the measurement. Before touching bids, because everything downstream depends on it.
3. Rebuild and launch. Structure, copy, creative, landing pages, negatives.
4. Manage weekly. Search terms, budgets, bids, tests. This is where results come from.
5. Report monthly. On qualified outcomes, with the reasoning, not a screenshot of the platform dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
What does a PPC agency actually do?
Runs your paid search and paid social as an ongoing operation rather than a set-up project: keyword and audience research, campaign structure, ad copy and creative, bids and budgets, landing pages, negative keywords, conversion tracking, and a reporting loop that ties spend back to real business outcomes. The work is mostly in the weekly maintenance, not the launch.
Which platforms do you manage?
Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Shopping, Microsoft Advertising for the Bing and Copilot inventory that most competitors ignore, and paid social on Meta and LinkedIn. We are a certified Google Partner and a verified Meta marketing partner.
How do you charge, and what budget do you work with?
A monthly management retainer, not a percentage of spend, because a percentage rewards us for spending more of your money rather than spending it well. We work best with accounts from roughly $2,000 per month upward, where there is enough data to optimise against.
How is your PPC different from the last agency?
We optimise for lead quality rather than cost per lead. Cheap leads are easy to buy and usually worthless. In one long-running B2B account the entire job was filtering out a large, enthusiastic audience that could never buy anything, so the sales team stopped drowning in noise. That is the work: fewer, better conversations.
Do you do e-commerce as well as B2B?
Yes. B2B lead generation and e-commerce need different structures, different conversion definitions, and different measures of success, but both come down to the same discipline: buy the traffic that converts and stop paying for the traffic that never will.
What about ads inside AI experiences?
Google is placing ads into AI Overviews and AI Mode, and Microsoft serves ads inside Copilot. We treat those as one more inventory source and test them where they are eligible. Eligibility varies by industry, so we never promise a specific AI placement.
Want a second opinion on your account?
We will look at your campaigns, search terms, and conversion tracking, and tell you plainly where the budget is going and what we would change. No obligation to work with us.
