Terminology
On this site, any phrase that appears in the first person plural (for example "we", "ours", "us", "the company") refers to Sorbet Agency. The headings and section titles in these Terms are for convenience and ease of reference only and shall not be used to interpret or construe the substantive provisions hereof.
Acceptance of terms
By browsing the website, registering for the services, using the Sorbet Agency data dashboard, or otherwise using any other services, the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms. Sorbet Agency may modify the Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will take effect 14 days after posting unless stated otherwise.
Information security
It is not possible to guarantee that data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. Although we strive to protect transmitted information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to us; all such information is transferred at your own risk. Once we receive information from a user, we take all reasonable measures available to maintain and secure it. You should never share secure information and/or passwords with anyone else, and should take precautions so that browsing this site does not expose you to risks such as viruses or malicious code. For the avoidance of doubt, we are not responsible for any disruption or damage to your computer system arising in connection with your use of this site or any linked site.
Privacy statement
By using this website, you grant Sorbet Agency permission to collect, store, and update the information you provide. We may use cookies to collect personal information in light of your use of this website, and may collect your IP address while you visit. By using this website you acknowledge that we may use the information collected to derive statistical information, and you give your consent. We reserve the right to change this privacy statement as technology evolves, and changes may apply to previously collected information. Limitation of liability
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly (including through negligence) in connection with your use of this site or any linked site, nor for any loss resulting from your use of or reliance on information transmitted through this site.

The copyright on this site (including text, graphics, logos, symbols, sound recordings, and software) is owned by us or licensed on our behalf. Except for matters protected by Israeli law and similar applicable legislation, and unless expressly approved in these terms, you may not adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of this site, nor commercialize any information, products, or services obtained from any part of this site without our written permission. Sorbet Agency makes great efforts to locate copyright holders of images on the site; use of images whose copyright holder is unknown or has not been located is made in accordance with section 27A of the Copyright Law. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
Sorbet Agency Marketing Dashboard
Definitions
"Service": an online dashboard that collects, processes, and visualises near-real-time marketing, sales, and traffic data. "Third-Party Platforms": external systems connected via API, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, Semrush, Ahrefs, and others the Company may add or remove. "Data": any metrics, statistics, files, or other information retrieved from Third-Party Platforms or uploaded by the Client.
Scope of service
The Service aggregates Data via API keys or tokens provided by the Client and displays it in dashboards, charts, and reports. The accuracy, continuity, and availability of the Data depend on the proper operation of each Third-Party Platform and its API limits or changes. The Company may integrate, replace, or discontinue specific platform connections at its sole discretion.
Registration, permissions, and security
The Client must provide accurate registration details and grant the necessary API permissions. The Client is solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials to the Service and to any connected platform accounts. The Company stores only secure tokens where possible; raw passwords are not retained.
Permitted use and restrictions
The Service is licensed for the Client's internal business purposes only. The Client may not sublicense, assign, reverse-engineer, copy, sell, or otherwise provide the Service to any third party without prior written consent. The Company may suspend or terminate access if the Client breaches these Terms or applicable law.
Fees and taxes
Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or as otherwise agreed in writing) apply. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company may suspend the Service after seven (7) days' written notice. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are the Client's responsibility.
Privacy and data protection
The Company processes Data in accordance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, the EU GDPR (where applicable), and other relevant regulations. Data is used solely to provide and improve the Service and will not be shared with third parties except trusted sub-processors (e.g. cloud hosting) bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. The Client warrants it has all necessary consents and legal bases to share personal data via the Service.
Limited warranty and liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or 100% available. The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the total subscription fees actually paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies caused by Third-Party Platforms.
Support
Basic technical support is available Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00 Israel Time, via email or other channels published by the Company. The Company will use reasonable efforts to respond within two (2) business days.
Termination
The Client may terminate the subscription by giving thirty (30) days' written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise. The Company may terminate the Service immediately upon written notice if the Client commits a material breach of these Terms.
Links and third-party content
The Service may display or link to content supplied by Third-Party Platforms. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of such content or for any third-party privacy practices.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely matches the intent. In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version prevails.
